When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
3. Purchase & Refund Policy
All Beat Purchases Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products, all beat purchases are final and non-refundable once the purchase has been completed, except where required by applicable law. Downloads are made available immediately upon payment verification.
4. Intellectual Property & Beat Licenses
Purchasing a beat license does NOT automatically transfer full ownership of the underlying master compositions or copyrights unless an explicit Exclusive License agreement is executed in writing. Your usage rights (streaming limits, broadcast rights, distribution rights) are defined strictly by the applicable beat license agreement chosen at checkout.
5. Prohibited Use
Users may not re-sell, re-license, upload raw audio files to content identification systems (e.g. YouTube Content ID) without exclusive rights, or distribute un-edited beat files. Unauthorized duplication or piracy is strictly prohibited.
6. Payments & Third-Party Providers
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Transactions are processed securely through certified payment gateways. Prabh Musik is not responsible for gateway downtime or transaction delays caused by financial institutions.
